You will need to bring a copy of the front & back of your insurance card as well as a list of medications you are taking.

Should I arrive a few minutes early?
Yes. You will need to fill out a one sheet demographic form. It may take between 5-10 minutes.

Do you provide childcare?
No. If a child is part of the treatment then they can come to the session.

Is it normal to feel anxious at my first session?
Yes! I will explain the treatment process and will try to help reduce your anxiety.

How long will treatments last?
The sessions are one hour long. Your insurance will inform me how many sessions you are entitled to.
